In her prior role at Steele Executive Search, Mary honed her expertise in placing senior scientific and operational professionals throughout the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. Her approach blends strategic insight, a strong ability to uncover underlying organizational and candidate needs, and a relentless drive to align ambition with opportunity.
Mary is currently serving as a Sr Consultant in the Life Sciences Division at IPL Health, where she supports clients in delivering specialized R&D recruiting solutions across critical scientific roles from Bench Scientist to C-Suite Executive.
Prior to transitioning into recruiting, she built a foundation in sales, marketing, and management.
