His career has included being the Human Resources Director at Genesoft, Senior Recruiter at Genentech and leading recruiting activities at SEQUUS and SyStemix. Earlier positions include Director of Research/Associate Recruiter at Howe-Lewis International, a search firm working exclusively in biotechnology, pharmaceutical and healthcare recruiting, and consulting for SRI International, where he worked on market assessment studies for SRI publications and private studies for major multi-national pharmaceutical/chemical companies.
